Corian for mounts Empty Corian for mounts

Is anyone using Corian for mounts? I seem to recall that on the old forum someone was. I work for a company that makes worktops for dentists and the nhs and discovered bucket loads were going in the bin. I haven't got round to trying turning it yet but having seen how good it can look I am really looking forward to it

A friend of mine has used it:

He says it turns quite nicely but blunts the tools very quickly, due to its content of mineralic substances.
